How to check usage

Real-time usage dashboard

  1. Access your dashboard

    • Check the Usage widget at the top of the main screen

    • Or access the Settings > Usage menu

  2. Verifiable information

    • Current Monthly Usage / Overall Limit

    • Show utilization percentage

    • Check remaining usage

Detailed usage history

  • View by time period: daily, weekly, and monthly usage trends

  • Segmentation by function: by buyer navigation, profile advancement, and campaign creation

  • Usage history: See when and for whom each item was created

Set up usage notifications

  1. Set notification thresholds

    • Email notifications at 50%, 80%, and 90% reach

    • Customizable thresholds in Settings > Notifications

  2. How to receive notifications

    • Email notifications (default)

    • In-dashboard notifications

Usage reset cycle (based on billing date)

When to initialize

  • Exact time: 0:00 AM local time on the payment date

  • Applies to: Anything with a monthly usage limit

Initialization examples

If you paid on March 15 at 2pm


- Initial use period: March 15 - April 14
- Reset: April 15 at 0 am
- New redemption period: April 15 - May 14

Notes

  • ⚠️ Unused balance does not carry over to the next cycle

  • ⚠️ Not recommended for large usage right before reset (to avoid degradation of service quality)

  • ✅ Reminder emails sent 24 hours before reset

Usage overage notifications

Behavior when usage is exhausted

  1. AI Buyer Search

    • No further navigation when limit is reached

    • Existing navigation results remain available for viewing

  2. Buyer Profile Enrichment

    • No new enrichments when limit is reached

    • Existing enhanced profiles remain viewable

  3. Email Agent

    • No new campaigns can be created when the limit is reached

    • Existing campaigns can continue to run (Standard and above)

Usage overage notifications

  • Email and dashboard notifications as soon as 100% is reached

  • Upgrade announcements for higher plans

  • Announce your next reset date

If you need urgent additional usage

  • We do not currently offer the option to purchase additional usage

  • You can upgrade to a higher plan immediately to get additional usage
