How to upgrade your plan
Upgrade procedure
Check your current plan
Check your current plan in your dashboard > Settings > Plans.
See which features you're using and how much usage you have left.
Select a higher plan
Click the "Upgrade" button for the higher plan you want.
Finalize feature differences between plans.
Verify your payment information
Check your existing registered payment methods.
Register a new payment method if necessary.
Upgrade complete
Instantly switch to a higher plan.
Confirmation email sent.

How to downgrade your plan

Request a downgrade
Select "Change plan" in Settings > Plans
Select the desired subplan

How you're billed when you change plans
Billing at upgrade
Monthly billing customers:
Prorate from the change date to the next payment date
Formula: (higher plan price - current plan price) × days remaining/30
Pay additional amounts immediately
Annual billing customers:
Prorate the difference for the remaining term
Apply higher plan annual rate at next annual renewal
Settlement upon downgrade
Monthly billing customers:
Keep your existing plan until the end of the current billing cycle
Apply lower plan rates starting next billing period
Annual billing customers:
Offer a credit for the remaining term
Credits are automatically applied to future payments
Settlement examples
March 15 Upgrade from Economy ($40) to Standard ($150)
- Next payment due: April 15
- Number of days remaining: 30 days

When upgrading
✅ Keep all your existing data
✅ Keep your current monthly usage + get additional usage on higher plans

When downgrading
