How to upgrade your plan

Upgrade procedure

  1. Check your current plan

    • Check your current plan in your dashboard > Settings > Plans.

    • See which features you're using and how much usage you have left.

  2. Select a higher plan

    • Click the "Upgrade" button for the higher plan you want.

    • Finalize feature differences between plans.

  3. Verify your payment information

    • Check your existing registered payment methods.

    • Register a new payment method if necessary.

  4. Upgrade complete

    • Instantly switch to a higher plan.

    • Confirmation email sent.

Benefits of upgrading

  • ✅ Get all the features of the higher plans right away

  • ✅ Keep all your existing data and settings

  • ✅ Add higher plan usage to your remaining usage

How to downgrade your plan

Downgrade process

  1. Request a downgrade

    • Select "Change plan" in Settings > Plans

    • Select the desired subplan

  2. Check feature limitations

    • What features are not available when downgrading

    • Check your data retention policy

  3. Schedule a downgrade

    • Automatically switch at the end of the current billing cycle

    • No immediate downgrades

What to expect when downgrading

  • ⚠️ Higher plan-only features are no longer available

  • ⚠️ Sub-plan usage limits apply

  • ⚠️ Existing data is preserved but access may be restricted

How you're billed when you change plans

Billing at upgrade

Monthly billing customers:

  • Prorate from the change date to the next payment date

  • Formula: (higher plan price - current plan price) × days remaining/30

  • Pay additional amounts immediately

Annual billing customers:

  • Prorate the difference for the remaining term

  • Apply higher plan annual rate at next annual renewal

Settlement upon downgrade

Monthly billing customers:

  • Keep your existing plan until the end of the current billing cycle

  • Apply lower plan rates starting next billing period

Annual billing customers:

  • Offer a credit for the remaining term

  • Credits are automatically applied to future payments

Settlement examples

March 15 Upgrade from Economy ($40) to Standard ($150)

- Next payment due: April 15
- Number of days remaining: 30 days
- Additional payment: ($150-$40) = $110

Handling data and usage when changing plans

When upgrading

  • ✅ Keep all your existing data

  • ✅ Keep your current monthly usage + get additional usage on higher plans

  • ✅ Preserve all buyer lists, campaign history, etc.

When downgrading

  • ✅ Keep all default data

  • ⚠️ enforces lower plan usage limits

  • ⚠️ Data generated by parent plan-only features is read-only

Usage handling policies

  • Usage is not reset when you change plans

  • You'll be charged for your new plan's usage on your next billing day

Switching monthly ↔ annual payments

Switching from monthly to yearly

  1. How to switch

    • Select "Switch to annual payment" in Settings > Payment information

    • Confirm and pay for the 20% discount

  2. When to apply

    • Switch to an annual plan immediately

    • The remainder of the current month is treated as a credit

Switching from yearly to monthly

  1. How to switch

    • Schedule "Switch to monthly payments" in Settings > Billing info

    • Automatically switch after the end of the current annual billing period

  2. Notes

    • No immediate conversion during the annual payment period

    • See refund policy for refunds for remaining term

Benefits of switching billing cycles

  • When you switch to Annual: 20% discount applied immediately

  • When you switch to monthly: Flexibility to change plans
